quick question 850 1996

can someone tell me what the two lines going into the radiator on the passenger's side are for?

there is one high and one low on the radiator and they have those difficult clips on them as well. i know the two on the driver's side are for the transmission. they ones in question look exactly like the transmission lines. are they transmission or engine oil?
