stock tires cracking at 30,000 miles

Hey you volvo people,
I have a 2000 s70 model and I just hit 30,000. I never really paid attention to my tires but just the other day they have been cracking. I took them to the dealer and they said they were heat cracks(bs due to living in N. Cal) but they say that they don't warrantee tires but to take it to a tire shop for Michellin tires. WEll, I did but they said there are no warranties whatsoever on stock tires.
