Instument cluster all lights out 850 1993

All the lights in my instrument cluster are out at once, trouble indicator lights work ok. Checked the fuse, OK. Had my service shop look at it an they said the battery terminal dirty no problem found. Some times the lights will work(intermitant} with the headlamp switch in the park light position. Then when switch headlights on and the cluster lights go out. Head lights always work ok.
