vacuum leaks 850

I have a 94 850 turbo wagon that keeps giving me o2 sensor errors. I've replaced many of the rubber elbows but I'm still getting both sensor codes. I friend told me to spray carb cleaner around the hoses to find my elusive leak. Will this cause harm to the rubber elbows? Is there something better to use? How do repair shops trace leaks?

Thanks for any help.
