A/C pressure value - where is it? 850

I have no cold air coming out of my a/c and i cannot hear the compressor coming on. I believe i should hear a relay behind the glove box click on when i turn the ac switch on. I have searching round the board and resonons that the compressor will not turn on could be low freon.

so i am asking where do i find the high pressure value. I will short it to see whether the compressor will start.

can anyone help or add anymore?
