Brake System?? ABS light and Tracs control light remain on together??? 850 1997

OVer the last couple months When i start the Car Most of the time the TRACS light and ABS lights remain on together. Sometimes they dont come on till after i start driving. Just wondering if anyone knows what it means when both of these lights remain on? Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance!
