Help required! Oil in the water. 400 1988

Hi! I urgently need help, for a couple of months now there has been oil leaking into the water but there has been no water in the oil. I was wondering if anyone has had a similar problem or if anyoneknows how to fix it, if so could you let me know please. Thank you. Ermentrude.
