How much would you pay?(canadian) 850 1994

I've found a cream puff. The question is, How much is it worth? 1994 850 SW, non-turbo. Western Canada car, mint condition, mechanical A-1, ONLY 37000km(23000miles) on it! Yes I've checked, there's been no funny business with the odometer. Of course they want a premium because of the mileage, but how much should I pay?

Thanks for your ideas.

Also what should I look for on a car with this low miles? AC works fine, no oil leaks, I figure too early for tranny trouble, electrical seems good.
