Cheap Bilstein / Other suspension S70 1998

I'm looking for the best deal on Bilstein shocks/struts anyone know where to find them?

Also, if you have other suggestions for cost effective replacement/improvements to the stock suspension (no sport package) on a 98' S70 T5M I'm all ears!
