Door handle question S70 2000

Hi everyone....Today they just replaced both interior door panels from the ol' bubbling...Welll when I got home from the dealer today...I noticed that one of the door handles has not been seated properly and wasnt flush with the arm rest area vinyl. I noticed the small plastic piece that covers the screw...but did not mess with it till I talked to you all first. How can i reseat that door handle/window switch area myself without going to the dealer again?..Thanks...Lance 2000 S70..Florida USA
