Let me state up front that I don't like most dealers and their service departments. Having that out of the way, I feel that I must report a great service experienve at Beasley Volvo in Austin, TX. I do my own oil service on my 2001 S80, but I needed some warranty items handled and it is time for my 15k mile service. This was my first visit to this dealer. I phoned in for a service appointment and loaner car reservation and was treated courteously. When I arrived I was greeted on the drive promptly by a very professional and knowledgeable advisor. He handed me the keys to the loaner and I was on my way in less than 5 minutes. I set out for a local golf course to get in 18. I got a call on the 14th green--the car was ready! Thay had done the 15k service, ecu software reload, front suspension fix, key remote recall, and replaced a cracked fron air dam. I expected all this to take a couple of days, but they were done in less than 4 hours. The car was washed spotlessly, and I was checked out and on my way in 5 minutes. Prices were VERY reasonable. That is my idea of service! Kudos to the folks at Beasley!
