850 ATF problem 850

Hey

A friend of mine has a 850 GLT ´92 with Automatic Transmission

A few weeks ago they went for a long drive with a trailer connected to the hook.. ( sorry bad english hope you get it.. )

The drive was about 500 Kilometers (one way) and when they returned from the drive (totally 1000 Kilometers) the oil was almost gone in the tranny...

They filled her up and so far no problems... Is this a normal behaivor when
driving with full load and using a trailer? I belive not , thats why i´m asking at this forum.

I heard about problems with the tranny on 850 model 92 and 93 ? is that correct? what´s the known problem ?
