Exhaust tip rusting/corroding 850 1995

On my '95 850 Turbo sedan I've noticed that the exhaust tip is rusting and corroding off. My car only has 39k miles, but going through 6 harsh Nebraska winters have taken it's toll. The actual exhaust seems to be fine, but the tip that is attached to the end of the pipe is rusting and looks bad. Should I get the tip replaced at my dealer? What do you guys think about these stainless steel tips from Easteraerospace :
