How difficult is it to remove the driver's side axle from the transmission for replacement. Is there a clip internal to the trans that needs to be removed, or does it just slide out, is a special tool required? I'd like to replace the axle seal while I'm at it, how hard should that be, does it require opening up the transmission for it? I know i need to buy the Haynes manual, but havent bought the car yet, I'm just trying to get an idea what i'm in for.
