poly sway bar bushings? S70 1998

Anyone know where you can buy poly sway bar bushings (not the sway bar links)? I understand that the stock rubber ones go very quickly.

Any reason why one wouldn't want poly bushings? How often have you had to replace them? Is it hard to do?
