Need a little advise on the wipers (dirvers side) 850 1996

Today I was driving down the road and hit the window cleaner, thats when it happened. The wiper blade on the driver's side didn't move. The other worked fine. After stopping and checking, I took the arm and it moved up and down with no resistance. How hard is it to get to the motor and wiper arms. Any advise is welcome and thanx, I wouldn't know what to do without this board.
