I went to the dealer to check out a rumor that Volvo was lowering the price on new S-40's by up to $4000. They confirmed. Base price remains the same. The extra packages with the leather trim, etc. will be lowered to meet competition. What does that do to us who paid the higher dollar. Dealer said "complain to Volvo". Gave me an 800#
