possible induction leak 850

Ok,

I have been trying to figure out this prob for a while.
I have a 97 850 t5 with tme ECU and full exhaust(dp race cat and cat back tme)and kn filter. also adjusted wastegate to open at 6 psi.
I have been getting check engine lights and my code scanner reads multiple random misfires and one time it was charge pressure control.

I replaced all ignition components, I have checked all turbo ducting and rubber elbows and vacuum hosing.

The driving symptoms are: when accelerating I hvae normal power up to 10 psi then from 10 to 15 or at the top end the boost doesn't seem to be all there, kinda slipping not a steady power or pull.

I checked the O2 sensor with my voltmeter and drove around with it attached.
the car runs lean according to my voltmeter, but only at idle. At idle the voltage fluctuates between 0 and .4 volts sometimes making it up to the .7 that it should. I replaced the O2 because I misdiagnosed it as being faulty, but the new one showed the same readings. under load the voltmeter shows a rich condition, meaning whenever the boost on my vdo gauge is above zero the voltmeter would stick at about .8 and at WOT it would stick at .87(this is a normal reading at WOT)

I checked the ECT sensor and it is within the resistance it should be, and I checked the MAF and it also is functioning correctly.

the only glimmer of hope I got was when I removed all teh turbo ducting to inspect it and then cleaned the TB and IAC and reattached everything, then the car ran better than it has, seeming to have smooth constant power at teh top end 10-15 psi. but then after a little while it started doing what it used to.

I am planning on replacing the intake manifold gasket and tb gasket and removing the tb for a thorough cleaning I am also going to send the injectors in to get flushed cleaned and put new injector seals in. I just ordered silicon vacuum hosing and turboducting also.

I hope this covers all the possibilities for an induction leak.

any similar experiences? please help. suggestions?

thanks

primeco
