AC blower won't shut off completely 850 1995

Well I'm trying to make it so no air comes out of the vents. I set the fan blower speed to "O" (for off, I'm assuming), and also pressed the AC tab to the right so the red off light comes on. Still, I can feel some air come out of the vents. I know I could just close the vents, but I want to make sure the AC is off when I don't need it to be on.
