I give up, what do I have to remove to find where the sun visor connects? 850 1997

I finally bought a replacement sun visor for my sagging one. I pulled the trim off the A pillar and still couldn't see the plug. So I pulled the speaker, vent covers, and a few other things and I still couldn't where the old one plugs in. Before I take off the dash cover, I thought I better check in here and see if I am on the right track. Do I need to pull the dash cover, or ???
