Scorched Fog Light Connector V70-XC70 1998

My left fog light has been working intermittently lately, and I noticed scorch marks on the connector for the bulb, just like the kind of marks I used to see on the blinkers before Volvo upgraded them. Anyone else seen this? Any good fixes you know of?
