Which tires?

For 205/60/15, which is a good tire at a good price? I am going nuts with all the different ratings and such. What difference will I feel in handling, noise, etc...?? H vs. V ratings?? Right now I have Pirelli 4000's and need to get new ones. ANy help would be greatly appreciated!!
