Darkest legal window tint for my Volvo? 850 1995

I want to tint the windows on my Volvo. Since it's white I think the black windows all around would look awesome. What's the darkest legal tint I can put on my Volvo? I live in Nebraska. Would 15% be okay, or is that asking for trouble? I believe Limo tint is 5%.
