Rear shock replacement question 850 1995

I'm getting ready to replace the front struts with Bilsteins. Recommendations, other than be careful and rent a spring compressor tool?

Rears: I have a wagon and it "appears" the top mounts have to be accessed via the rear panel in the car somehow. Any clues would be appreciated.
