How do I get better gas mileage on my S70? S70

Hello,

We have a 1998 S70, naturally aspirated, 5sp manual with 45K miles. The car is driven well, meaning its not driven hard. Its in mint condition with all the scheduled services done. But we consistently get b/n 25-26mpg.. even when its all highway driving.. Is this all I can get? I was hoping to get 28-30mpg. How can I improve the gas mileage on this car..
