Will bad shocks cause rear vibration at highway speed? 850

Originally I thought the vibration was out of balance tires. Found out one of the wheels was bent. Had wheel repaired and rotated to the front. I still have the rear vibration now with balanced and straight wheels.

Could worn shocks cause this? Wheel bearings still feel tight.

I was gong to just throw some money at new shocks.. come to find out my car is one of the rare ones with nivomats! Talk about expensive! Anyways... what's the best prices you've found? I found them at www.thevolvosite.com for $245 ea.
