I know this is a controversial subject, but the question should be easy.

Can I or May I use Mobil 1 0 to 30 W Syn or 0 to 40 W in my 1993 850 Turbo and or my 1993 240 without effecting the engine to any great harm. I using Mobil 1 10 to 30 W and sometimes 5 to 30 W, I am concerned about the true syn relationship talked about in previous emails. The dealer mentioned that the 0/30 W was for Honda Passport and the 0/40 W was for Merc Benz. I don't foresee a problem, but anybody please let me know, thanks in advance. The cost is $25.84 case or approx. 4.30 a qt.
