Instrument Panel lights went out... S70

The 2 center instrument panel lights went out on my 1998 S70 T5. Does anyone have instructions on how to remove the panel and instrument face plate to get to the lights?

And, I would like to replace the instrument panel with something better. Any suggestions would be great
