Need some advice on buying 94 850 850

I am looking at a 94 850 GLT with 140 000 miles, non turbo with a 5 speed manual transmission. the car is clean no accidents but the owner says that the clutch has never been replaced. also the owner said it was not driven for a year while he was living in Germany. Owner is asking $6750 U.S. Owner is a real estate agent and used this car in his business.
I drave the car and it handles well and the air conditioner works but I am concerned because I have rean on this board about the AC problems in 850's.
Please provide some advice on this car.
