ACCEL Extended Warranty, anyone have one? like it? 850

I am looking at purchasing an extended warranty for my 97 850 turbo.
my Easy Care extended warranty has expired 4K miles ago and i am looking at a Accell 3 year 45K mile warranty for $1550 USD.

covers all of the usuall stated componeants/turbo/etc.
