neutral safety switch? 850 1995

Intermitant problem when the car is started, the ABS light stays on and we have to use the shift-lock override to put the car into gear. Then the turn signal will _not_ work while the car is in "drive".

neutral safety switch? ignition problem? Other electrical problem? A feature imported from a British car? :-)
