Car shakes with A/C on and on a cold start up 850

I am having trouble when my A/C is on, the car is stopped, and the transmission is in the drive position. The car seems to shake heavily, especially when the air is on high. Also, when the car starts up with the engine cold, the same shaking occurs and gets worse if the air is on. Any thoughts? Could it be a dirty throttle body or a vacum leak? I am really stumped on this
