850 turbo crankcase emission system 850 1994

All,
On an 850 turbo engine is a hose feeding out of the crankcase oil separator. This host attaches to the air intake between the air volume sensor and the turbo. Where that hose attaches is some kind of electrically controlled valve, maybe, which is one question I have. And a 2nd question is a small hose attachment, in the same area, that runs up to that wandering metal tubing under the spark plug dressup cover, eventually rubber hosed to a gadget connected to the throttle body inlet. This metal tubing and the rest does what exactly.
It's a busy question but if you have any info I'de appreciate it,
Regards,
Klint
