Converting early style 440 to late style 400

Hi all,

I have a '93 440 Turbo, the very last of the early style ones (seperate grill, square lights).

I would like to change it to a late style (grill on bonnet, smaller lights, smoother bumpers).
Just wondering if it is all a straight swap if i can get the parts?
