Driver's seat - moving farther back 850 1995

I have an 850 Turbo Wagon. My problem is that I am a pretty large guy, and I can't get the driver's seat to go back far enough to get comfortable. I have to have the back of the seat low and the front of the seat high, and that gets uncomfortable after a while. I do from 3 to 4 hours of driving a day.

I want to find a way to enable the seat to go back a little further (they are power seats) but don't know how. My local dealer isn't very helpful in this, but he isn't too helpful with a lot of things. I have thought of getting an after market seat, but these still use the same seat rails already there, right? So that wouldn't give me any more room. Plus I don't want to do anything that will make the side impact bags dangerous. Anyone have any ides?
