Ticking at Throttle - Not Valves 850

It's not the valves.

I am getting an intermittent ticking near the driver side of the engine. It seems to be coming from the throttle area. It is the same speed always. It does not increase with engine speed. It comes and goes, sometimes for a few seconds, sometimes for a few minutes.

Any ideas?
