I WON - Ridding myself of the S40 nightmare S40-V40

Volvo North America called me and told me they are taking my car back with no further obligation on my part. They said since there is nothing wrong with my car but I'm so persistant in getting rid of it they will take it back. That was the day before I told them I would file court proceedings against the dealer and VCNA. So, all I lost was 10 months of car lease payments and the sheer inconvenience of driving my car to the dealer for the 11 problems that would have turned into many more problems. Thank God I didn't put a down payment on the the tin can.
