how to change the damper motor for the (REC) climate control. 850 1994

I am trying change the damper motor that opens & closes the recirculation vent in my auto climate control system.

This motor looks impossible to get to. Any help would be appreciated.

I am hopping removing the top of the dash will make it possible to get to.

I posted earlier on this subject but I think most people thought I was talking about the blower motor.
