Rear Brake noise! 95 850

Hi, All,

After the annual inspection, I noticed a strange sound from the rear brakes (like clapping of two pieces of metals--brake pads and rotor?). This only happened when it was the first one or two times of braking after the car hasn't been used for a quite while, say in the morning. After that, the brake seemed fine and no other noise. Any idea of what could be wrong? Thanks in advance.
