HELP ! Leaking brake fluid 850 1996

I just noticed that the driver's side front brake caliper is leaking brake fluid. At least I think it's from the caliper/piston seal. It's definitely not leaking from the hose itself or the fitting. Is this something that can be relatively easily repaired by myself ? I'm pretty handy...usually replace the pads and rotors and do other routine maintenance myself. Can anyone tell me if I should just purchase a new piston seal or should I just replace the entire cailiper ? TIA
