Tried To Lower My 1997 850R Wagon With H&R Springs-Didn't Work 850

Yesterday I had a brand new set of H&R Springs installed on my 1997 850R Wagon with the self leveling system. It was listed as lowering the Car between 1.25-1.50 inches both front and rear. After installing it lowered the front about .75 inch and RAISED the rear .50 of an inch. What Happened? Any help/ideas? Please help. What can/should I do? Thanks.
