Leather Seat Stitching 850 1993

I just purchased a 93 850 and the stitching on the driver's seat is coming un-done which is separating the leather.

Can anyone make a recommendation on attaching the leather such as using an adhesive.

If it isn't a good idea, is it easy to take the leather cover off the seat. The part that I'm having problem is where the butt touches the leather.
