Stall while push pedel 850

Hi ,

I have found my 95' volvo 850 turbo will lost power while I try to accelerate from idle , once I push throttle , the RPM doesn't affect , after about one
second , car just accelerate as normal .

And while I try to stop my car , the idle speed while become too low for about one second and return to normal idle .

I have replace one new idle motor & plugs , have any idea to improve ?
