Drivetrain vibration and shudder V70-XC70

When I accelerate between 2 to 4 mph I get a shudder in what seems to be the drivetrain. Its not the Neutral Control liket the service rep says he thinks it is. Neutral control bump tech bulletin says car must be at "complete stop" and not on a hill on Neutal control doesn't engage. Any ideas?
