the windshield on my 2002 S-60 AWD with 4400 mikes developed what 3 glass companys say is a stress crack. i went to meet the volvo rep and alothogh they agree there is absolutely no evidence of a chip, stone bruise etc, they say that a volvo windshield can't stress crack..........i say this is BS regardless of their assembly process. you can see a separation .001" between the sides crack as though the car frame expanded on a recent 95 degree day and pulled the glass apart. am i correct or is volvo
