Front Disc conversion V70-XC70 1998

Does anyone know exactly what it takes to convert a 1998 XC from the standard front discs to the 302mm discs from the 'R' type. Does one change the calipers as well or is it just the rotors ? I imagine that it also involves a wheel size change to 16". Are there any issues with the wheel change ? Offset etc...?
