Oill pressure with new synthethic oil 850 1994

I recently switched to 10w30 Mobil 1 synthetic oil with a Fram filter. I have noticed that after sitting overnight it takes about 1 minute after cranking for the oil pressure to rise to the normal level. No warning lights come on. Why is this and how bad is it?
