EGR temp sensor on a 97 850 T5 - where is it?

I'm trying to locate the EGR air temperature sensor. AllData says I should have a vacuum controlled EGR regulator with an attached temp sensor - but it appears I have a servo controlled version and cant locate the temp sensor.
I'm running a BSR chip and the EGR temp must just be over-limit (4.4 volts) and i want to check it. Anyone know what pin this is on the Montronic unit or basically where I can measure it?
