What can I do if unleaded fuel is not available ? 850

I was offered to buy an 1996 Volvo 850 yesterday. The guy who is selling it has bought it in Belgium. Before buying the car I decided to look for any problems the 850 series cars can have. It seems that presence of lead in fuel can cause problems for the oxygen sensor and it can also cause poor performance of the car. I need the answers to the following questions.
What can I do if unleaded fuel is not available here in Uzbekistan?
Can I buy the car and run it on leaded fuel?
