What Is That Blue Color Called on a V70R - Must Be Very Rare? V70-XC70

I've seen a V70R in this awesome Blue Color. I've only seen a real car I think twice and I've seen it in pictures a couple of more times. Does anybody know what this color is called and how many did they make? I know the number must be limited. Also, how many years did they make it? Thanks, Ray.
